Places are counted out of the database as this page is built, not written by hand. When the table fills, this number drops.
One long table, twelve chairs, one seating. Every seat has a name, written on a card the same morning, and the kitchen serves the whole table at once: no menu, no ordering, no empty middle seats.
Supper leaves the kitchen at 19:00 and the last plate lands before 22:30. Nobody is moved along to make room for a second sitting, because there is no second sitting.
Twelve places is the table's whole capacity, not a marketing cap. Three remain for this date.
A demonstration screen: pressing Reserve books nothing.
