The room

Up one flight, past the presses.

The print shop runs downstairs until 18:00. Then the stairwell light comes on, the kettles go over the fire, and each of the eight chairs gets a name card. No tables: one oak counter, and the cook on the other side of it.

Proved overnight, oven from 06:00 every morning. Loaves at 08:00 until they run out, and a Sunday lunch at 12:30 that ends when it ends.
