The honest note

Not a bay view, and never sold as one

The bay lies east. Stacks 03 to 05 face the ridge, and a corner stack is never described as a bay view here, whatever the light is doing to the water on the day you visit. Residence 07 looks to the ridge and the pines. You will pass the bay on the walk up from the pier, ninety seconds of it, and then the windows change the subject.
